Designed for young adults ages 18–30, this program provides leadership development through hands-on learning, mentorship, and community engagement. Participants gain real-world experience and practical skills they can apply immediately in their personal, academic, and professional lives.
The program runs 3 to 12 months and includes a mentorship pathway as well as an optional internship in Sierra Leone, where students apply their skills while contributing to meaningful global development work.
Get InvolvedGeared toward youth aged between 6 and 18, this program aims to provide an introduction to global and civic issues and provides opportunities for youth to engage in these issues and by doing so develop their ability to contribute in a meaningful way to society at large. There is a mentorship component also included in this program.
