Youth Initiatives

Through mentorship, advocacy, and creative leadership opportunities, we equip young people to rise with confidence, purpose, and the tools to transform their communities.

Student Leadership Program

Geared towards young adults aged between 18 and 30, this program provides leadership development opportunities. The program is 3 to 12 months in length and includes a mentorship component as well as an ‘internship’ period of time spent in Sierra Leone working to apply knowledge and skills learned in the program.
